A Christmas-themed social where the cards get people talking.
Everyone starts with a random “Dear Santa” wish card.
“Dear Santa, for Christmas I’d like to eat whatever I want and never gain weight.”
Compare cards, debate which is better, and swap for one you think ranked higher in our pre-event survey.
Then team up and submit your cards. Top teams win prizes!
*Photos and video from our previous editions. This Christmas, we’re trading wishes.
And coming alone works really well here.
Most guests come on their own.
Once trading begins, everyone moves around the room anyway!
What guests have said
“I thought I’d stay for an hour and ended up staying until 11.”
— Nicole
“I’m in my late 40s, so I was a bit hesitant, but I fit right in. Age really didn’t factor into the fun or vibe of the evening.”
— Arjun
“Great fun. I loved negotiating around the cards.”
— Chris
How it works
1. Receive a card
Start with a random “Dear Santa” wish card.
2. Compare and trade
Find out what others have, and swap cards if you both agree. Your starting card must be traded at least once.
3. Team up
Join three other guests and submit your four cards. Then the hidden rankings from our pre-event survey are revealed, and the highest-scoring teams win prizes!
What to expect
6:30 PM — Check in, get your card and grab some appetizers.
7:00 PM — Trading begins.
8:30 PM — Form teams and submit your cards.
9:00 PM — Rankings are revealed and prizes are awarded.
Stay for drinks and conversation until 10 PM.
