Derek started Head Out Toronto in 2024 to help people reconnect with others in real life, offline, in a way that feels fun, low-pressure, and accessible for everyone. He oversees the overall vision of the organization and is always busy working on the next fun, creative social event.

Diane co-founded Head Out Toronto in 2024 and continues to help plan each event and make sure the day runs smoothly. She is typically the first face you will see at our events, greeting participants and managing check-in.

Hannah has a strong passion for softball, playing on multiple teams every year, and has a solid knowledge of the mechanics of the sport. She runs the Starter Softball Series to help beginners learn and enjoy the game, and also contributes to the planning of all Head Out softball events.
